Absolutely!
I suggest members start threads about possible topics they would like to see debated, and see if another member is interested in joining a debate! Personally, I'd like to see the one you suggest, but I wouldn't dare enter myself as I'm not knowledgeable enough in Linux to argue against it. I like everything I see about it, and have enjoyed it the few times I used it (Suse and Redhat) but have very little experience.

I'm more than happy to share my experiences Jim and perhaps suggest some ideas. I'm no fanboy because, well, it's just bloody stupid :laugh2: But I have fiddled with enough Linux distros (now I can use that term without blushing) to know what works and what's just a big wank so if I can help someone to avoid the pain I've had (bloody soundcards!!!!!!) with Linux then no worries, they'll get a fair dinkum assessment out of me. And I am not anti-Windows, I just got cheesed off with the bloody activation thingie.

Right to bear arms: it is legal to own oneThat depends on the type of weapon there.
Abortion: it is legal to have one
Some states are more restrictive than others.
Justification for war in Iraq: congress voted to go
That is the reason we went to war, not just cause for it.

I can debate the 9/11 false flag inside job VS 9/11 Al-quaeda official version, if it's at all acceptable in this forum.
After all debating 1 on 1 is far better than posting my findings in the conspiracy thread and be attacked as an anti-american by many.

Are you implying that 9/11 was an inside job? If I'm reading you correctly, I'd be happy to take on that challenge if nobody else volunteers!

Yes, I'm going to support that claim.
Can we agree to use up to 5 images per post, or up to 5 minutes of youtube material, 1 minute equalling 1 image?

There is technically no time limit on your responses. I do ask that all respondents try to make 2 replies to their debate per day, if possible, so that the entire debate takes no more than 5 days.
Images and videos are certainly acceptable to support one's claims, and I see no reason to limit the amount to be entered into "evidence".
I'll get the opening statement started, then after that we are both allowed 10 responses apiece.
BTW - Thanks for agreeing to enter the debate section. It's great to see a new member participate on the board an even more so in a newly formed section we are trying to get going!

It's a limit I try to impose on myself because I don't want to say: here, this is Loose Change on youtube, watch it, as I support all those claims. That won't be respectful, forcing someone to watch a full video, and also I am here to discuss my own claims, so I'll try to keep within the limit whenever it's possible.
In fact I just posted my first post, 4 images and a 1:20 youtube video.
BTW - Thanks for allowing such a controversial issue in the discussion
