I don't doubt the charges a bit. Just like I don't doubt it will go nowhere. The players aren't republicans.

Same time, Trump has done himself no favors. He's cried wolf so many times that this will just get lost amid all his other accusations. Just another "Trump got screwed - again" story. He did THAT to himself.

UPDATED 5:34 PM PT – Sunday, October 3, 2021Former Chief of Staff to President Trump’s Pentagon said U.S. attorney John Durham is set to unveil a massive anti-corruption case in his probe of the Obamagate scandal.
During an interview on Sunday, Kash Patel said Durham is in the process of preparing a 27-page indictment of mob-style cases of conspiracy and fraud committed against the Trump administration. Patel added the recent indictment against Michael Sussman takes up no more than three pages, meaning other top officials will be indicted soon.
Sussman was found to have lied to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in 2016 in order to advance a false Trump-Russia collusion narrative. Patel noted the real collusion took place between the Democratic National Committee (DNC), the 2016 Clinton campaign and the FBI.
“I believe within the next six months, look out for indictments against the folks like Fusion GPS, Glenn Simpson for helping to perpetuate this fraud, and look out for individuals like Lisa Page and Peter Strzok. I believe they’re already helping John Durham, they’re cooperating with him to get the bigger fish like the Andy McCabe, who is the biggest fraudster next to James Comey,” Patel pointed out.
Patel continued on to say Durham is basing his probe on bank records and money flows, adding he will present hard evidence of the Democrat conspiracy against President Trump.

Next year? Well, now, that's a horse of a different color! It would restore a great deal of faith in our entire justice system if a hundred democrats got cuffed-n-stuffed over this. And it would set a great example for those considering setting up another bullshit scam like that Russia hoax.

Over 5 years of time spent investigating something that Hillary cooked up to distract from her emails, spanning an entire presidency. Unreal.

I read that Durham made sure to charge Sussman when he did because the Statute of Limitations was about to kick in with him, so Durham is aware of it and working with those.

Apparently charges being filed stops the clock.

Hopefully he can nail all the others too, but that shows he's aware and not letting any slip away. He's been plugging away for what, 3 years now?

I'm very much looking forward to his total report. Hillary's minions have to be sweating buckets.

Could be in the works. We know somebody got set-up and caught with the Don Jr Wikileaks email, that CNN breathlessly reported on, saying that Don Jr. received the web link and encryption key for the DNC email dump before the files were made public, thus showing cooperation / communication between Don Jr and Wikileaks.

The email with fudged date was shown (in a SCIF) to "congressional investigators" in House Intelligence and Judiciary, and CNN immediately publishes a story about the email, based on a leak they received from "congressional investigators" who saw the email, focusing their story on that specific wrong date, blowing up the story that the date of the email proves Don Jr had prior knowledge of the Wikileaks dump, thus had an illicit relationship with WikiLeaks . . .

Then, within hours of CNN publishing, the FBI releases the real email to the Washington Post, showing the correct date (Sept. 14), exposing the CNN fake news narrative because the email was actually sent AFTER the WikiLeaks dump, AFTER the link and key were made public, thus the leak was exposed. CNN added a retraction / clarification to the story that afternoon:

The specific leaker was exposed because different fudged copies of the email was shown to different "congressional investigators", each with different fudged dates. By CNN publishing "September 4", the FBI knew exactly which committee and which committee members that fudged email was shown to, thus they know who the source of the leak is.
