They're both horribly spoiled now, after eating high quality leftover people food for a week.

To this day I get a haughty sniff on that plain old dog food and then a "you cheap bastard!" look when it's dinner time. They eat it, but both are longing for the Good Ol' Days.

Black and Gold, looking stupid, hair effed up - must be me that is 2nd. 3rd guy is wearing extremely recognizable Nike sneakers, so I guess Rick for 3rd. The backstory: That bar is my "new computer" :). Abbey said pics or it ain't so. Daughter was jaw-jacking me to death while I was trying to work out so I told her to take a pic.

I have to say, I'm running out of dark sh*t in my beard :laugh:

I'm now able to lift ONE bag of Marshmellows:laugh:...in a DEAD LIFT. Don't laugh! Even that's gettin' hard to do. But I still have my fingers at 60 MPH...I mean WPM.:clap::laugh:

How much weight do those stanchions hold.

How much weight do those stanchions hold.I have no idea. I'm sure it said on the paperwork :laugh:

I'll be 62 in Dec. I think the stanchions are safe. The most I've had on them is 225 for bench press and squats. I don't have any business going over that weight. My "spotter" is 4 years old :)
