Simply put, the Dems are abusing power again. Either Republicans sign off on expanding the debt ceiling to finance the Dems' follies, or the Nation defaults and the economy tanks. The Dems think it's just hilarious they have the GOP over a barrel. Apparently blackmailing the GOP with out lives and livelihoods is A-OK to that cabal of criminals in DC.

For good measure, the Dems have attached Hurricane Ida and Afghan refugee relief to the ceiling, rather than budget for it separately as they are supposed to.

Dems are dirtbags. To the last person.

Wonder what their plan is for when China decides to buy up all the paper they keep hanging?
