I know we have a great justice system, and our constitution as well, and the due process all Americans are afforded.

But sometimes the thought is just too far away. The thought of jail is way out of line and inappropriate. People that simply serve no purpose on this earth - and that sometimes an "eye for an eye" should be legal.

Think of some truly heinous crimes over time and tell me it would be wrong. Someone who rapes and mutilates a child or even a toddler. The thought sickens me and they don't deserve due process. Someone deranged like an Adam Lanza, who finds joy in mass killing of children. The creators of child porn - as someone somewhere took advantage of a child to share with other sickos.

There are people that cannot be rehabilitated. Don't deserve to be. Don't deserve to "live" while in jail. And so bad that they don't deserve to breath and live until a trial.

People like this guy...

14-Year-Old to Be Tried as Adult for Allegedly Stabbing Teenage Girl 114 Times

A 14-year-old boy will be tried as an adult for first-degree, premeditated murder in the recent stabbing death of 13-year-old Tristyn Bailey in Florida, officials said.

According to ABC News, Aiden Fucci’s case was taken from juvenile to adult court, State Attorney R. J. Larizza explained at a press conference Thursday. (https://abcnews.go.com/US/14-year-boy-adult-allegedly-stabbing-teen-girl/story?id=77961546)

The report continued:

Fucci was initially charged with second-degree murder but did not have time to enter a plea before his charges were upgraded, the State Attorney’s Office of the 7th Circuit told ABC News. Larizza explained the decision was made to charge him as an adult given the brutality of the case.

Bailey was reported missing to the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office on May 9. Her family said she was last seen around midnight. A sprawling search was launched and at 6 p.m. her body was discovered in the immediate area near a retention pond, according to the arrest report.

Fucci was later identified as a suspect and arrested, the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release May 11.

Larizza gave details regarding the killing and said there were 114 stab wounds found on the victim, citing the medical examiner’s report, and at least 49 of the wounds were on the victim’s hands, arms, and head.

“She was fighting for life,” he explained, adding, “To say it was horrific could arguably be made as an understatement.”

Larizza also said, “[Fucci] indicated to witnesses that he was going to kill someone by taking them into the woods and stabbing them. The statement that the defendant made to his friends made it clear he was considering a homicide.”

However, Fucci’s alleged statements were not reported to law enforcement, Larizza said, adding the knife he reportedly carried in the attack was located in a nearby pond and its broken tip found in the teen’s skull by the medical examiner.

“I just want to say that I hope parents will learn something from this vicious, and brutal, murder. And that is you need to know what your kids are doing and what they’re saying. While we might not be able stop these vicious and brutal murders from happening, we ought to at least try,” Larizza concluded.

And after this little scumbag was arrested - he took a photo from the back of the police car and posted online asking if anyone knew where she was - she being the girl he killed.

Just sick. His mother has been arrested for obstruction of justice.

Good, put her behind bars for harboring this sick ****.

When someone can stab a woman 114 times and then joke about it - is someone so sick that they just need to be done with. Or tie him up to a stake and let the family choose which types of weapons they want to shoot at him. They should start small so as to keep him alive, maybe save the RPG for last.

My daughter found this. Follow the various links and read the entire sordid story. I can't imagine any parent being this sick and perverse. -----------------> https://abc13.com/man-stunned-after-his-ex-was-accused-of-hiding-childs-body/10746240/

I really believe people like this are inhabited by Satan in some weird way. Like Son of Sam said later.

Way I see it, life without parole for a pre-teen IS a fate worse than death.

Perhaps so. But if it were me as a family member, just knowing the scumbag is allowed to breathe somewhere, allowed to eat and such. But I do acknowledge a standard 8x6 has to suck no matter how you slice it. And if someone that stabs someone 114x and laughs about it, shift him to a supermax IMO.

I think most of you know how I feel about this. My brother got 3 consecutive life sentences. He should have got death penalty. Even though he's in a cell he still gets to breathe which is more than he deserves.

I've always thought the criminal should be punished by "mirroring" the crime. This kid should be stabbed to death with 114 stabs like his victim.

I personally believe that life in prison without the possibility of parole is a fate worse than death. Especially if you are locked up in a maximum security prison. Or, even worse, relegated to solitary confinement. There are certain crimes -- sexual assault and murder among them, that shouldn't even involve the police. They should be dealt with according to the Laws of the Street. Where you get what you deserve.

Subjective to personal viewpoint. For me, I'd rather be dead than locked in a cage. He's going to do the. same thing in the same place with more or less the same people in the same clothes eating the same swill for his entire life.

I'd go nuts.

The victims families and his family can't move on as long as he's alive. It's not just punishment to make him crazy. It's making us crazy thinking some dumbass administration will find a way to have him released.

Garcon in CA is prime example of such.

Death penalty is not injustice.
When there is no doubt of the person's being guilty in the act of murder,
I think public stoning should be the method used, and if nobody wants to casts the stones.
The authorities immediately hang the guilty person.
Issue true and swift justice after the person is tried in a court of law and found to be guilty.
With the caveat that none of that be unless police investigation and the trial was conducted without haste
and incomplete accordance with existing law.
All this giving light sentences and releasing people later on -is- the true injustice, imho.--Tyr
