So not only didn't they have a warrant, he had asked about whether they had a warrant long before anything was physical in there. They stated NO they don't, but it's for an investigation. WTF? No warrant no phone. So he didn't comply - and was effing tased in the hospital room with family. :rolleyes:

Then they proceeded to arrest him on multiple charges of which of course they end up dropping, as someone ultimately told them they done fu**ed up.

I hope he gets tons of $$ from the city in the end. Without a warrant they quite clearly violated his rights.
