Joe Biden's entire campaign really consisted of ONE promise... "I Will Shut Down the Virus" because Trump isn't doing enough. He never got asked by the media for any details of what he would do that Trump wasn't already doing.
Now, after less than one week of being President he's turned that into "There's Nothing More that can be Done".
