Biden Proposes $200 Gun Tax and Firearm Buyback Program Along with 13 page Form that Asks for Fingerprints and Photograph
During the 2020 campaign, Joe Biden announced he will force gun owners of “assault weapons” to either sell their weapons to the government or register them under the National Firearms Act.
According to Joe Biden’s plan in order to register a firearm, you have to fill out a complicated 13-page application form and include a $200 gun tax for each firearm you own.
Your fingerprints and a photograph of yourself will be required on the form.
This will be a difficult program to enact for the Biden regime. In 2020 a record number of Americans bought guns. According to the National Shooting Sports Foundation 8.4 million people bought a gun for the first time in 2020.
Townhall reported:
Joe Biden would force semiautomatic rifle owners to either participate in a gun buyback program, or register their firearm under the National Firearms Act, which requires the payment of a $200 tax. This would extend to AR-15s and other common household rifles. Those who do not comply would face up to 10 years in federal prison, and a potential $10,000 fine.
This is yet another violation of Joe Biden’s pledge against any tax increase on anyone making less than $400,000 a year. In fact, it would hit working class Americans the hardest.
As detailed on Biden’s campaign website, this proposal would give semiautomatic rifle and high capacity magazine owners two choices: participating in a gun buyback program or registering said guns and magazines under the National Firearms Act. This triggers the $200 tax for each gun and magazine registered.
In order to register a firearm (or a magazine, under Joe Biden’s plan), you have to send in a 13-page, complicated application form with the $200 tax included, your fingerprints, and a photograph of yourself. In this way, the hurdles to legally own your weapon or high-capacity magazine go far beyond the expensive tax.

Paperwork...your info...background check....wait time depends on your state.
Many gun shops are sold our of popular Pistols...and calibers ...go in person to your nearest gun shop...Look at Glock 19`s first if you can find one...Then check out the Taurus G2-C...Close to the same size as th Glock G19...The G2-C has excellent reviews...(check it out on Youtube)...
I just bought one 3 days ago because they are that good...and the price is right..in fact Im starting to like it better than my G19...easy to take apart and clean...shoots perfect....!!! (Range time)
BTW both the G19 "Glock" & Taurus G2-C use 9mm ammo..and both good for concealed carry...and very dependable...You probably will have to **order the Gun you want from the Gun shop..;.just put money down...you have wait time anyway so might as well...If you cant find one there..
**Now if you have a Concealed carry license you can buy what you want and be out in 15 minutes... ( I know you dont have one)
Here is a video...(watch it on Youtube) so you can see all the other good reviews...
BTW...Its not a "budget Gun" and its Not $200 ..Now days everything is marked up...I paid $400 for mine out the door...and still well worth it...(build quality and the way it shoots" Taurus has come a long way...!! (12 +1) rounds and you get 2 magazines ("clips")

You'd be wrong. I'm also member of TWAW.
I already have a few guns. I just thought it would be fun to spend the $600 stimulus check on another one. I really like this one. Oh, yeah, forgot. Already have it.

I looked at this one today but not the limited edition. I like the inscription. But I already have one for my purse.

In the real World, finding the ammo is the issue. To make it worse, one company I get ammo from started price gouging Mid-Jan. More than doubled the price for a box of 50 9mms from $35 to $99. Who are you going to complain to? The government?
That's when they have it. Hoarders snatch it up as fast as it appears.
I figure most of these talk-shit then lay down right wing gun owners will hand theirs over without a fuss.

I feel kinda creepy posting photos of guns I lost in a boating accident. What if this forum is being spied on and they think I have guns they can tax? Will they break down my door because I posted here?

Ammo is starting to imitate the stock market. Dealers are scouring the internet looking for the lowest prices. They buy what they can, hoard them and wait for the prices to go up. Many more restrictions on firearms and ammo are being planned. That is what people voted for. :poke:

Does anybody honestly wonder whether Biden's plan will have any effect on the Streets of Detroit, Chicago, Philadelphia, New York City, Baltimore, Atlanta or Los Angeles???
And if you don't mind a 2nd question. Wonder how many MS-13 gang members will be volunteering to GIVE BACK THEIR STOLEN GUNS??????
