Well I for one, need to know your source. Was this information from a report of someone who heard about it from someone who was in a meeting where it may or may not have been discussed?

Well, I heard it from an un-named source within a 6,636,360 ft² "office" building - he's actually in charge of buying furniture for his group, but he occasionally passes the JCS section. Must be accurate.
