Assuming you are correct, you conveniently *ignored* the point of the piece, which anyone can see is that the perpetrators of this heinous felony were NOT prosecuted. Your post is disingenuous at best.

This is not false, btw.

While Kamala Harris was California Attorney General, her department investigated the journalists, and the journalists were eventually charged with violating state privacy laws after Harris had moved on the the US Senate.
