Was doing some massive cleaning to my fish tanks. Seems the live plants, for whatever reason, spurred an algae outbreak. No biggie, the slimy algae is really harmless, but not very appealing. But when it grows on the gravel it helps create a place for the coolie loaches to hide. Those guys are just like 3" eels. But something else in there too?
I bought 2 snails a few years ago to put in there and help clean the normal algae that grows, and they help keep the tank a tiny bit cleaner. Thought they died so many times as they're hard to find. Then today, all of a sudden I see these things on the front of the glass. Just like "Daddy and Mommy", but tiny versions.
This is what the regular 2 look like. The last one harder to see as it's at the water line. The other 2 you can clearly make out tiny versions of their parents. Didn't expect this!!

And now, seems like having an endless supply of crayfish in the other tank...
