Biden refuses to release a list of potential candidates as he states he doesn't want to avoid politicizing the court.
But at last night's debate:
“So the thing that should happen is we should wait. We should wait and see what the outcome of this election is, because that is the only way the American people get to express their view, who they elect as president and who they elect as Vice President.”
So let me get this straight - he wants to delay a nomination until after the election as that's the only way for American people to express their view, but refuses to release a list of any potentials as Trump did.
