He really is a pencil neck. More so, he is a perpetual liar. There should be a way to remove such people from congress. Furthermore, he's made serious accusations without proof, and should be jailed if I had my way.
He still makes claims about Russia, and claims the impeachment vote was bipartisan. 198 republicans in office and 197 of them voted against. And then 230 democrats and 230 of them voted for. Sure, bipartisan at it's best.
