Gunshots Ring Out as Armed Rioters Confront Police in Wisconsin

Armed rioters shut down streets in Kenosha, Wisconsin on Sunday night as the city fell into chaos after a police-involved shooting earlier in the evening.

A large group of rioters – including at least two armed rioters – blocked a police armored car from proceeding down a street. After a standoff, the police began throwing tear gas canisters from the top of the vehicle to disperse the crowd. Moments later, gunshots rang out after one of the protesters appeared to open fire.

The loud bangs sounded distinctively like gunshots and the after the person filming the video shifted to the direction the shots apparently came from, an armed rioter was there with his weapon raised.

The violence sweeping across Kenosha was triggered by an incident earlier in the day where police officers responding to a domestic incident, shot a black man seven times in the back as he walked away from them and attempted to gain entry to a vehicle.

88 Nights of Destruction: Rioters Attempt to Set Police Station Ablaze in Portland

Police stood down as hundreds of protesters gathered at the Portland Police Bureau in Northeast Portland on Sunday night only to declare a riot around 11 p.m. when the awning of the building was set on fire.

It was the 88th night of violence in the city and resulted in the arrest of nearly two dozen people.

Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt announced earlier this month that his prosecutors won’t pursue demonstrators accused of interfering with police, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, escape or harassment if the allegations don’t involve “deliberate’’ property damage, theft or force against another person or threats of force, Schmidt said.

Schmidt’s office also won’t prosecute people on a riot accusation alone. Prosecutors will proceed with a riot case only if it includes an accompanying allegation of specific property damage or use of force, he said.

At Least 60 Shot, 5 Killed, over Weekend in Mayor Lightfoot’s Chicago

At least 60 people were shot, five fatally, over the weekend in Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s (D) Chicago.

The Chicago Sun-Times reports that by Monday morning, the number of shooting victims reached 66, with five deaths.

On August 23, 2020, Breitbart News reported 24 had been shot in Chicago, Friday through Saturday evening alone. Three of the victims succumbed to their wounds. Those three victims were all killed early Saturday morning in separate shooting incidents.

The Sun-Times reports the first of the additional two fatalities occurred Saturday morning at 7:22 a.m., when 43-year-old Esteban Campos Jr., was shot “in the 2500 block of South Trumbull Avenue.” He was transported to a hospital and pronounced dead.

The second additional fatality–which brought the total to five deaths for the weekend–occurred in Lawndale Sunday morning about 6:20 a.m. There was an argument, then a shooting, which is resulted in the death of Martin Coleman.

WLS reports there was a shooting on Chicago’s Eisenhower Expressway just after 2 a.m. Monday morning, in which a man was shot “multiple times.” He was transported to a hospital in stable condition.

At least 50 people were shot, five fatally, last weekend and at least 35 were shot, four fatally, the weekend before that and 34 were shot, nine fatally, three weekends ago.

CBS New York reports the 45 incidents included shootings on a basketball court and park settings which are frequented by kids.

ABC 7 reports the violence included an incident in the Bronx where a gunman ran down “East 152nd Street in the Melrose section,” firing a gun as he went. One of his bullets struck 25-year-old Priscilla Vasquez in the head, killing her.

Vasquez was a mother of three.

Oregon Governor Kate Brown is so far off the rails that even democrats across the state have joined Republican efforts to recall her. Among those was Harlan Wright, who was gathering signatures for the recall effort in Happy Valley, just outside of Portland. That was until violent, unhinged leftist Joshua John Thompson showed up to the recall site and engaged in a verbal altercation with a female petitioner before physically assaulting Wright, sending him to the hospital with multiple injuries.

A person was assaulted and another arrested at a Recall Kate Brown rally in Happy Valley over the weekend.

The group had a booth set up along Highway 212 near Southeast 152nd Avenue.

Clackamas County Sheriff’s deputies were called out to the area around 2 p.m. on Saturday after an assault was reported. Authorities said a man not affiliated with the group began yelling at a woman working the booth. When another man, Harlan Wright, tried to intervene, investigators said the suspect attacked him.

After punching Wright and leaving him on the ground, the suspect, identified as Joshua Thompson of Damascus, walked away. Deputies found him not far from the booth and arrested him.

According to the sheriff’s office, Thompson told deputies “he confronted the group because, in his opinion, they should be working to recall Trump and not Gov. Brown.”

Wright spent the night at OHSU being treated for his injuries. On Sunday, he told KOIN 6 News that the attack was proof of what he called a “violent tone” underneath current activism in Portland’s streets.

Kenosha Protests Escalate: 2 Shot Dead and 1 Injured, Police Search for Assailant Armed with Long gun

Kenosha Police said early Wednesday morning they are looking for a man allegedly armed with a long gun after two people were shot and killed overnight and a third injured during violent riots over the shooting of Jacob Blake.

According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, one victim had been shot in the head and another in the chest late Tuesday, just before midnight.

The victims have not been identified.

Kenosha County Sheriff David Beth told the outlet didn’t know where the other person was shot, but video posted on social media suggest someone had been wounded in the arm in the Wisconsin city.

and that doesn't happen spontaneously. That has been my point. These riots are being orchestrated by money and leaders trained by professionals, (that also costs $$$). There are leaders, procurers of the weapons, secondary to control crowds to cover when necessary, the go fers to drop off bricks and other necessary backpacks and such to the agreed points. That all this is ready to go, 'wherever' the opportunities present themselves, only speaks more to the level of conspiracy. There are leaders, procurers of the weapons, secondary to control crowds to cover when necessary, the go fers to drop off bricks and other necessary backpacks and such to the agreed points. That all this is ready to go, 'wherever' the opportunities present themselves, only speaks more to the level of conspiracy. This is something law enforcement-federal as it obviously crosses state lines-should be able to investigate.
