Here's the problem. Not just in Chicago. What happens to those families where both parents have to work? While it sucks at the catastrophic level, I can stay home with the kids. Most do not have the luxury of grandpa being home. And while I am a good instructor, I am not a good elementary school kid teacher.
So my daughter can teach in class and remotely simultaneously (required), then come home and teach her kids. THEN she can do HER classes. The State's not asking for much :rolleyes:
