**Officers from Buffalo who quit in disgust over the treatment of officers have been offered jobs in Florida.All 57 of them!

No state income tax either (or is it no property tax?). In any event, the taxes should be considerably lower than NY.

Correct. Edit : I think they have property tax but no state tax. It is also expensive to register vehicles and stuff like that.

Yep, they get it back with other "FEES." I lived in Tampa for awhile while stationed at MacDill AFB. No state income taxes, but the fees make up for it.
