The uniqueness of Russia
At the Munich Security Conference, the US Secretary of Energy said that Russia will not be able to circumvent US sanctions on Nord Stream -2 pipe-laying firms, and it is not able to complete the pipeline itself due to the lack of necessary technologies. Yes, technology is always a disaster in Russia. Turgenev also wrote about this in his novel Smoke. Everything that is connected with scap technology in Russia is scratched from the West (1). Russia has not produced anything of its own for a long time for people; its entire economy is based on the sale of raw materials or several intermediate products to countries with advanced technology. Of course, in the world there are still countries similar from this point of view of Russia, but they are still progressing in their development, which can not be said about Russia. True, in Russia there was a period when the Communists, all of non-Russian nationality, drove the entire population to the Gulag, forcing for nothing to work, with one goal - to arm themselves to the teeth in order to start the Second World War (2), from which, on the occasion of turning from an aggressor into the victim, and thanks to the help of America with Great Britain, managed to get out and remain an empire on the World map. But slave labor subsequently affected, and the country, which was no longer able to feed its slaves, partly collapsed, losing colonies. And again, thanks to the help of the West, Russia somehow came to its senses, however, the mentality of the Russian people (3), which did not accept the value of Democracy (4), returned the country to its former state, which differs from the countries of the Third World in that Russia, like a monkey with a grenade, brandishing a nuclear baton, threatening to send all of Mankind to Hell (5.6).
By the way, President Putin explained the uniqueness of Russia by the fact that it has its own special development path, which is difficult to disagree with.
