“Um, you know there's a, uh, during World War II, uh, you know, where Roosevelt came up with a thing, that uh, you know, was totally different, than a, than the, he called it the, you know, the WWII, he had the War Production Board."

And watch it, it's much worse than that sounds. And he's doing this left and right. I'm no doctor, but from the amount he does this, and similar every time, I truly think his mental capacity has diminished. No big thing as a human, it's called getting old. For some folks it comes earlier than others, and effects everyone differently. But Biden certainly doesn't respond and remember like he used to.

Watch the clip, only 27 seconds long. I feel for him in a way. I think the pressure is getting to him and makes it worse.

Only the first Youtube video is playable, the other 2 after are just images.

As former Vice President Joe Biden comes closer to securing the Democrat presidential nomination, he continues to make sloppy media appearances.

During an interview Thursday, Biden appeared to be using notes, yet still got lost in his own words.

The candidate was trying to say the Trump administration should implement a “pandemic production board,” like Franklin Roosevelt’s War Production Board from World War II. This interview is now part of a long series of the former vice president’s regular gaffes.

His previous blunders ranged from calling the epicenter of the coronavirus the “Luhan province” to saying the cure for the virus will make the problem worse.

Donald Trump Jr. responded to the video over Twitter, saying he can’t wait to watch his father debate Biden.

"My intent was not to deceive anyone,'' Biden wrote at the time. ''For if it were, I would not have been so blatant.''

One wonders how much dirt the NSA has on Trump to make him defend the police state so strongly.
