I saw the same thing at the grocery store yesterday.
And they showed CHUCK SCHUMER walk up to a podium wearing it like that too this morning on the news.

Must be DEMOCRATS that are too STUPID to be able to figure out how a SIMPLE MASK should be worn. Just TOO COMPLICATED for them... unreal.

The same morons that wear a ball cap with the brim in the back. Evidently a cap needs to come with instructions on how to wear it also.
