This is nothing new. Neither is getting few comments/responses on threads about it. China has been basically buying Africa while the rest of the World and those "august", international bureaucratic entities allegedly concerned with such matters play "mum's the word on the topic".

China will own half the continent before anyone even pretends to notice. Then there will be economic sanctions

Sound about right?

Far easier to buy than go in to conquer and also less risky.
Perfect move for China as it intends to over take and eventually set USA into a subservient role.
Yes, they are just that arrogantly full of their communist selves.
Besides, they already have the dem party in their pocket. ---Tyr

My snide commentary above is not at Kathianne's article nor effort. It's aimed at more at I've been bitching about this off and on for years and years and few, if any, want to even discuss it. It doesn't involve Trump, Obama, the Dem House and/or Hollyweird so who cares?

Be interesting to see how commie China manages to coexist to with radical Islam in the north. Minus being checked in one form or another, they're going to run into one another.

Meanwhile, the worst human rights abuses in the World roll right along and I bet China isn't doing or saying much to stop them.

China co-exist? I don't think so:

https://time.com/5738401/xinjiang-uighur-muslim-camps-china-cables/That's kinda what I meant. A radical, militant fundamentalist sect of a religion vs a communist state that IS the "religion" running into each other isn't going to produce much detente. "Cooperation", if any, will be based on a common enemy -- us :).
