... while accusing the PRESIDENT of the UNITED STATES of TREASON. It breaks my heart to see this kind of a ARROGANT, EGOTISTICAL, MEGALOMANIAC, NARCISSISTIC, DEEP STATE LEFTIST PARTISAN ACTIVIST HACK PIECE OF SHIT wearing a uniform of our military.

Vindman lawyer sends letter to Fox, demands retraction from Ingraham guest who gave his opinion
Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman — the Soviet-born impeachment witness being championed by Democrats — is demanding that Fox News “retract and correct” an opinion that attorney/law professor John Yoo stated on Laura Ingraham’s Fox News opinion show.
Vindman’s lawyer is David Pressman, a former Obama aide.
Pressman slammed Yoo’s suggestion that some people might think that Vindman could have committed espionage when he advised Ukraine while undermining Trump’s policies while working in the Trump White House.
In the letter, Vindman’s attorney wrote: “The Segment was not true. It has now been repeated by some of the most powerful people in the world. It is causing great pain. We ask you to retract the coverage, correct the record, and publish the truth.”
While Vindman is whining over someone’s opinion of him, keep in mind that he is accusing President Trump of treason.

That's kinda crazy, especially in the face of the all crap that's spewed on other stations. At any rate, I believe the man is entitle to his opinions.

Just goes to show how FULL of themselves these people are, and that they sure can dish it out, but they can't take it.
Typical democrats, and a small example of the larger picture where it's the ENTIRE left TRASHING Trump DAILY, but they just go BEZERK when he spits it back at them.
The hypocrisy of the left is mind numbing.
But this pie faced little twat Vindman thinks his shit doesn't stink, and far as I'm concerned, he's an EMBARRASSMENT to the military. He's been reprimanded for not following the chain of command and attitude problems by more than one of his superiors. He's an egotistical problem that thinks he belongs at the top of the food chain. Problem is he's not, and he has a hard time dealing with that.

Some of you may not remember. I also instructed Navy personell about Naval Leadership, and the UCMJ.
Funny how Vindman didn't say anything when he had the chance, in front of Schiff For Brains. Guess he was too worried about SOILING his illegal wearing of his uniform to SMEAR his Commander in Chief.

Just for starters...Whether it is conduct unbecoming or insubordination with a superior ranking official, chances are if made public through social media, your military career is over. Now, with social media posts, it is very easy to get noticed by the chain of command doing that may be conduct unbecoming or even insubordination depending upon the details of what is said with picture or video evidence.

ARTICLE 88 When a military member is wearing the uniform and receiving a salary from the Department of Defense, that military member has essentially signed away his First Amendment rights granted by the Constitution. The exact words of the Uniform Code of Military Justice Article 88 - Contempt Toward Public Officials states: “Any commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Transportation, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Territory, Commonwealth, or possession in which he is on duty or present shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.”

Yep... I said it days ago, that sons a bitch should face a court martial, be busted down to buck private, dishonorably discharged and lose any pension, on TOP of possible JAIL TIME.
What a DISGUSTING, pie faced, ARROGANT, INSUBORDINATE TURD. Could you imagine serving UNDER that rotten prick? Must have been a nightmare.

There was nothing illegal or improper about his choice of uniform.
It's a requirement for service members appearing before Congress.
Even the Navy says so. You must have been out of the room for that part. lol
The prescribed uniform when conducting official business on Capitol Hill is the uniform of the day (summer white or service dress blue). All uniformed naval personnel testifying before Congress or attending Congressional hearings will wear service dress blue throughout the year, regardless of season.

When did the truth become contemptuous speech?
What exactly did you teach again?

Don't need to repeat what I said. Look below at my signature. That says all I need to say.
THE UCMJ...applies across all of the services. I didn't write those links. Just drew your attention to them.

When did the truth become contemptuous speech?
What exactly did you teach again? It is not a requirement for retired service members to appear before Congress in uniform. That's as BS as demanding he be addressed by rank. His rank is "Mister".
If you don't tell lies, you don't have to remember any. Apparently Vindman sucks at both.
