Thanks Elessar, yes that is what I was referring to. Now then, for months I've been hearing how these are the things needed to make something happen. So, I'm sort of shocked that the strong supporters haven't been talking it up. Barr controls what will happen.

There should be action soon. Yet I think it is an evolving case that has to be approached steadily
but cautiously for all concerned.

Too much illegal and unfair rhetoric has been distributed to this point.
