And SCOTUS has to , once again, reverse a lower court decision on something that is a no brainer. I mean seriously the first federal judge who heard this case should have been like "get the fuck out of here, amnesty means you need safety immediately, and if that were the case you stop at the first country that is safe for you, not travel through 8 countries until you get to the most desirable one"
Something is going to have to give on this issue of lower courts continually ignoring the law when issuing rulings.
