I do think there should be a different term for female on male sex besides rape. To me, rape implies forced penetration.

I suppose that is one of the problems with 'rape,' as the definition is too pliable. In my opinion the line is violence. Forced oral sex is rape, same with other forms. :(

What I think we need is a new term for what happens when an adult has what everyone knows was a consensual relationship with a person who isn't old enough to legally consent even though every thinking person knows a 14-17 year old male or female knows if they want sex or not. Statutory rape isn't even a good term for it. I'm sorry a man who has consensual sex with a 15 year old girl is a pig, but not even in the same ballpark as a man who holds a knife to a woman's throat and forces her to have sex.

That's what I'm saying, a woman COULD conceivably physically rape a man. I don't believe it's rape when a teenage boy has sex with an adult woman, so I don't know how to answer your question.
