Gronk dents the Lombardi SB trophy

Let me start with this is not whining about teams. I respect the Patriots winning even if I hate them. Now Gronk, I actually like him! He's funny and looks like a blast to hang with and chill!

But he and teammates were at Fenway this week, and made believe the trophy was a baseball bat, bunted with it - and now it's dented!

Do they repair? Or leave as-is to show Gronk's mark forever?

My main issue? Everyone prior to handing it out always use white gloves. Of course every player is gonna bring it somewhere different and treat it differently Methinks Gronk may have had a beer or 2 at the stadium.

I think, he just wasn't thinking. The Lombardi is just like the Stanley Cup trophy, kind of a sacred thing after so many years, and that's why someone even travels with it no matter where it goes.
