On one side, you have a democrat who has been in office for 38 years and wields power within the entire party
The other side, been in office for only months now, but has a huge Twitter following, and somehow has the ears of many in the party and other supporting her socialist crap.
Nancy has been slowly ignoring or putting down the socialist deals and other stupid ideas. Cortez stood her ground in the past and has condemned the "usual" and the elders who live in the past.
Cortez will lose this battle badly if she pushes too hard. The socialist ideas of hers are obviously going to fail. The world isn't going to end in 10-12 years. And if she does push too much, there already is talk about finding a ringer to simply have her replaced in the next election. (heard similar about MN and Omar).
Cortez thinks folks responding positively on Twitter means that she has support in congress. And no matter WHO says anything, she MUST respond. She's an attention whore. Thinks SHE is the future.
Pelosi has been fairly quiet, even about Omar and the other dummy. But silently in non-approval. But lately she has been growing more and more tired it seems. And I LOVE the title here based on her comments, shows not only her feelings, but the truth overall about the socialist.

Pelosi Hits Ocasio-Cortez Again, Says Glass Of Water With ‘D’ Next To It Could Win Her District
OK, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is definitely sick of the new media darling, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
We wrote a piece last week headlined “ANNOYED: Ocasio-Cortez Appears To Be Getting On Pelosi’s Last Nerve.”You can get rid of that qualifier, “appeared.” Nattering Nancy from San Fran is totally sick of AOC.
Pelosi (D-CA) gave a speech Monday at the London School of Economics, in which she said the Democratic Party has got to avoid the “menace” of far-left policies that are often advocated by young and rising political stars, like free health care, free college tuition and a higher minimum wage. She said the Democratic socialist — who’s pushing the Green New Deal environmental plan with a $93 trillion price tag — and others like her represent only a tiny faction in the margins of American politics.
The Speaker said one of the keys to the Democrats taking control of the House in the 2018 midterm elections was that the party kept to the center.
“When we won this election, it wasn’t in districts like mine or Alexandria’s. And she’s a wonderful member of Congress, I think all of our colleagues will attest,” Pelosi said of the two liberal districts, hers in San Francisco and Ocasio-Cortez’s in New York City. “But those are districts that are solidly Democratic.” Then she reached over to a small table and held aloft a glass of water, saying, “This glass of water would win with a D next to its name in those districts.”

Speaker Pelosi Disses Democrat Base: “I Do Reject Socialism as an Economic System – It Is Not the View of the Democratic Party”
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi just dissed socialist Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez in a ‘60 Minutes’ interview on CBS on Sunday.
When confronted by ’60 Minutes’ host Lesley Stahl about the push-back that Pelosi is receiving from socialists like ‘AOC and her group,’ Pelosi fired back, ‘That’s like 5 people.’
Speaker Nancy Pelosi also rejected the idea of socialism, something a majority of Democrat voters support.
Speaker Pelosi: “I do reject socialism as an economic system. If people have that view, that’s their view. It is not the view of the Democratic Party.”
This was strange considering more Democrats support socialism than capitalism in a recent Gallup poll.
