Grew up in NJ and been in out of the Bronx my whole life, they don't speak like that. I live 10 miles north of the Bronx for the past 21 years now, and really haven't heard anyone speak much like that. It's because it's such an obvious fake drawl. To purposely put on a black accent like that is demeaning to blacks, and then she talks to them about little jobs, as if that's all they do. What an idiot, bordering on a racist act. And not surprising that Hillary tried the same crap.
