Excellent!

Good move to not make it mandatory, too.

Gives a student to make a choice and not shove it down their throats as liberals would insist upon.

This is stupid, and short sighted. Not to mention unconstitutional. What happens when those nuts up Minnesota vote to have mandatory Koran classes and ban teaching the Bible?

No sir, you teach the Bible at home and at church and let schools focus on reading and math.

Doesn’t sound mandatory, but I take your point. Unintended consequences.

And I agree with FNS above. They would probably just screw up the Bible teachings, anyway.

islam / koran is not a modern day religion.....I shouldn't have to explain ..most see what is going on with "islam"
