Georgia lawmaker proposes bill to regulate men's balls in response to heartbeat abortion bill

A Georgia lawmaker proposed a “testicular bill of rights” package Monday in response to the state’s advancement of a bill to outlaw abortions after a fetal heartbeat is detected.

Democratic state Rep. Dar’shun Kendrick seeks to regulate male bodies in response to what she contests is the regulation of women’s wombs.

The bill would require men to ask permission from their partners before taking Viagra or erectile dysfunction medication and wait 24 hours before purchasing a sex toy. The lawmaker wants to classify sex without a condom as “aggravated assault” and ban vasectomy procedures.

Men would also be forced to begin paying child support before a woman reaches eight weeks in pregnancy.

Kendrick announced the legislation on Twitter.

“You want our wombs? We’re coming for your testicles,” Kendrick tweeted Tuesday.

Her bill is a reaction to the Georgia House’s approval of a bill in March that seeks to ban abortions after a fetal heartbeat is detected. The bill makes exceptions in cases where the mother’s life is in danger and allows for abortions in cases of rape and incest, but only if a woman files a police report.

Nah, fuck that - EQUAL all the way around. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY.

Yes, both should rightfully discuss certain things. But sometimes folks aren't very responsible. Or sometimes folks lie. Or sometimes shit happens.

But I'm still of the belief that PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY should be used by BOTH. And if something happens, then BOTH should work together amicably if at all possible. I don't think the woman should have all the say and abort away a mans rights. Why I was happy when that lawsuit was accepted last week. It should somehow be equalER for both.

But of a woman makes all the demands... then she shouldn't be able to get child support if the man is against. Or if the man is dead set on having a child, especially for religious reasons, and is fully against abortions, then he should have a say.

Unfortunately, its a shitty system and right now the man has no say beyond a certain point.

BOTH should have to deal with it from the very beginning to the very end.

I don't have the answer. I just don't think that a woman should ever be able to use her pregnancy as a tool. I hate to see when a man wants a child, and then a woman suddenly says "oops, changed my mind, kiss the little fucker away" and the guy has zero say. And if he used PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY and she somehow lied or fooled him, now she can force him into 18 years of checks coming to her house.

I understand she carries. I understand that that there are no true answers to this issue. But I'll be damned if I am going to sit back and state that a man is screwed over. It sucks.

But if a man DOESN'T want a child, and she tricked him. Should be able to see a court quickly and ensure that she is financially responsible. And if he does, and she prefers abortion over his wishes... then maybe a penalty of some sort? I know it sounds petty...

But right now a man WILL support a child for 18 years, and he has no say. If a woman says "This baby is done for and dead and you have no say", even though you guys may have planned otherwise... she is right, he has no say, and add to the approx 54 million + already dead from the same fashion.

I think it’s been shown that any group in power, male, female, black, whatever, acts as badly as those who came before, if not worse. Human is human, and people attracted to power generally suck.
