Yep... I'll tell ya... even though I've been hitting the gym for a couple months now, and yes I feel a heck of a lot stronger, seems like I still crawl out of bed with the same aches and pains. But, it also feels like I can shake them off faster though now. Get coffee, warm up, stretch, hit the gym again and I feel pretty dang good.
