Chairman Nunes: We Need to Declassify Carter Page FISA Docs – FBI Withheld Exculpatory Evidence From FISA Judges
House Intel Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA) revealed a few bombshells when speaking to FOX News’s Sean Hannity Monday evening.
First, Chairman Nunes told Hannity the DOJ has handed over to Congressional investigators all the requested classified documents under subpoena.
“As of tonight, we’re getting closer and closer to having to having the information that we need,” Nunes said. “All the issues that were in our subpoena either we’ve been able to review or they’ve been delivered to the committee in one form or fashion of another,” Nunes continued.
Nunes then shifted his focus to the 20 pages of the Carter Page FISA docs that the House Intel Panel has requested the President to declassify.
The same 20 pages from the June 2017 FISA renewal app Rod Rosenstein signed that President Trump is reportedly going to declassify soon, according to investigative reporter, Paul Sperry.
“We need these docs declassified,” Nunes said.
