This news article has many of the red flags common to leftist articles with 'unnamed sources' and mysterious 'insiders'. When I see that kind of writing, my skepticism skyrockets. I'd like to see more solidly backed-up writing on this subject, but I know that if there is indeed a confidential source then you never throw them under the bus or you're finished as a journalist.

It is interesting that they dug up an article talking about his Dad living in Eau Claire, WI (I went to 3rd grade there) and his experience in Iran and his knowledge of Khomeni. Sounds like he has genuine background over there since his family has been working there for decades.

My last day on Active Duty in the Navy, took place on my last ship while we were in Panama. As a Senior Radioman, getting my retirement papers in September of 1995. I was debriefed by the Operations officer, and Communications officers of my ship as my SECURITY CLEARANCES instantly expired.
In other words. I no longer had access to, nor permission to VIEW-READ-or-SHARE anything i had access to while operating as an Active Communications member of the U.S.Navy.\

If I had taken, borrowed, or remembered any of the classified information I had seen PRIOR to that date, and shared it, in any way, with anyone who DID NOT HAVE a security clearance...And if the FBI, or other Government agencies learned that I shared any classified information after that date in September.
MY PRESENT ADDRESS would be a cell in a SUPER MAX prison, or in Leavenworth Federal Prison.
ANYONE who leaves government service...OF ANY KIND....like the three pictured below, DOES NOT HAVE THE AUTHORIZATION, or PERMISSION to exchange, share, offer, or disclose ANY classified information to anyone else...INCLUDING other former security clearance holders.
Those men have broken the law on several occasions by DOING SO, and THEY ARE TRAITORS.
No questions asked. The DOJ, and FBI should have them being held for TRIAL....Now!
