UPDATED 10:31 AM PT — Thurs. July 5, 2018Special Counsel Robert Mueller is expanding his team in the Russia investigation.
Mueller is now enlisting the assistance of career prosecutors from the Justice Department as well as additional FBI agents. Some say this could be a sign that he may be ready (http://www.oann.com/mueller-expanding-staff-before-possible-end-to-russia-investigation/#) to step away from the investigation.
The probe has cost taxpayers $17 million, but has not produced any evidence to support claims of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. However, the indictments against Trump campaign associates and Russian nationals will be litigated long after the probe is over.
Mueller intends to interview President Trump before wrapping up the investigation, but the sides have not agreed on a date.
The president’s personal attorney (http://www.oann.com/mueller-expanding-staff-before-possible-end-to-russia-investigation/#) Rudy Giuliani has indicated that the President Trump and his legal team have yet to reach a consensus on a possible interview.
According to a statement by the former New York City mayor, “no decision” has been reached on whether the president will sit down with Robert Mueller.
This comes after Giuliani’s previously self-imposed deadline of July 4 passed on Wednesday.
President Trump has previously said he is willing to do an interview with the special counsel.

I'm tired of watching this assclown flail around trying to keep his head above water while looking for an out. This was "enough already" a year ago. $17M and counting for WHAT?
