Some things need no explanation. Yes, I get depressed, never do know why, just learn to deal with it. Sometimes uplifting things help me. There are the right times to reach out and reach up as they say, and I always know when, or sometimes I need a reminder. This man can write! And don't get the wrong idea, it's a song, and while I like to wallow in depression, and I like uplifting music, I am and do just fine. :)
Cause the fact is, ain't nothing wrong for asking for help when necessary, and sure is good to let the man above that you haven't forgotten about him, because I know he hasn't forgotten about me, or I would have failed a long time back!
This is Matthew West if anyone has ever listened to his music before. Yeah, religious, but cool music nonetheless. :)

You must
You must think I'm strong
To give me what I'm going through
Well, forgive me
Forgive me if I'm wrong
But this looks like more than I can do
On my own
I know I'm not strong enough to be
everything that I'm supposed to be
I give up
I'm not strong enough
Hands of mercy won't you cover me
Lord right now I'm asking you to be
Strong enough
Strong enough
For the both of us
Well, maybe
Maybe that's the point
To reach the point of giving up
Cause when I'm finally
Finally at rock bottom
Well, that's when I start looking up
And reaching out
I know I'm not strong enough to be
Everything that I'm supposed to be
I give up
I'm not strong enough
Hands of mercy won't you cover me
Lord right now I'm asking you to be
Strong enough
Strong enough
Cause I'm broken
Down to nothing

Rainbow and Street Of Dreams
I heard the sound of voices in the night
Spellbound there was someone calling
I looked around no one was in sight
Pulled down and I kept on falling
I've seen this place before
And you were standing by my side
I've seen your face before tonight
Maybe I just see what I want it to be
I know it's a mystery
Do you remember me
On a street of dreams
Running through my memory
On the street of dreams
There you stood a distant memory
So good like we never parted
Said to myself I knew you'd set me free
And here we are right back where we started
Something's come over me
And I don't know what to feel
Maybe this fantasy is real
Now I know I see what I want it to be
But it's still a mystery
Do you remember me
On the street of dreams
Running through my memory
On the street of dreams
You are in every face I see
On the street of dreams
Something's come over me
And I don't know what to feel
Maybe this fantasy is real
Now I know I see what I want it to be
But it's still a mystery
Do you remember me
On the street of dreams
Running through my memory
On the street of dreams
On the street of dreams
I know you have always been
On the street of dreams
Will we ever meet again my friend
On the street of dreams
Do you know just what it mend to be
On the street of dreams
Never know just who you'll see do ya
On the street of dreams
You can be who you want to be, oh yeah
On the street of dreams
I can hear you calling me
On the street of dreams

Music is poetry. It speaks to the soul.
Yup, and I kinda knew that, but never truly appreciated that.
Like I said in another thread. I listened to music my whole life, always loved music so it was always playing. I listen to music now, from the early 80's til today, and SO much music and the lyrics I hear, I can close my eyes, and it brings me back to that time when it was out back in the 80's or 90's, it kinda sends me back in time, even if for just a moment as I sit with my eyes closed and headphones on in a dark room. It speaks to the soul. It's soothing and relieving. It's calming for me too. And makes my mind stay busy.

One of my favorite favorite favorite songs!!! Nice easy soft listening. But you need the entire album, as it's a story, and this is the culmination of the story when "Nicholas" is woken from being hypnotized and telling this story you just heard, which changed his life now.
Dream Theater - The Spirit Carries On
Where did we come from?
Why are we here?
Where do we go when we die?
What lies beyond
And what lay before?
Is anything certain in life?
They say, "Life is too short"
"The here and the now"
And "You're only given one shot"
But could there be more
Have I lived before
Or could this be all that we've got?
If I die tomorrow
I'd be all right
Because I believe
That after we're gone
The spirit carries on
I used to be frightened of dying
I used to think death was the end
But that was before
I'm not scared anymore
I know that my soul will transcend
I may never find all the answers
I may never understand why
I may never prove what I know to be true
But I know that I still have to try
If I die tomorrow
I'd be all right
Because I believe
That after we're gone
The spirit carries on
Move on, be brave
Don't weep at my grave
Because I am no longer here
But please never let
Your memory of me disappear
Safe in the light that surrounds me
Free of the fear and the pain
My questioning mind
Has helped me to find
The meaning in my life again
Victoria's real
I finally feel
At peace with the girl in my dreams
And now that I'm here
It's perfectly clear
I found out what all of this means
If I die tomorrow
I'd be all right
Because I believe
That after we're gone
The spirit carries on

Hit the playas club for about month or 2
Put his hand on it then see what he do
Get it ripe, get it right, get it tight

Take it off, let if flop, shake it freely
