BOOM. Just as they pointed out in the article. I get Noir's point and he made it brilliantly. The better way to address the core problem would be in shaming the media as opposed to regulating it. Start by establishing the left's blood lust and their NEED to see mass killing continue. Begin historically with their fascination with Mao (I'm sure most libs had their own Little Red Book back in the day) 60 mill killed, move on to old "Uncle Joe" Stalin-40 mill killed then on to the Killing Fields of Cambodia with 1/3 of the country killed. Then zone in domestically with their demand for 1 mill + slaughtered each year by the abortion industry, following up with examples of breathless reporting from Orlando, New Town, Aurora, etc. Finally do a montage of the latest shooting du jour and finish with the scene from When Harry Met Sally
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PdJm3DVg3EM
This would focus the attention on the hyperbolic media coverage and away from the actual shooter denying the killer the fame they sought while shaming the media whores. Of course this assumes the media possesses the faintest glimmer of honor and self awareness in order to feel shame. The best example of this type of shaming was done, unwittingly, by Saturday Night Live and its skewering of Nightline and Ted Koppel with the "Buckwheat Shot, Buckwheat Dead" skit (I'd post the video but it has been scrubbed from You Tube).

And just to start more crap, I have ZERO problem with curbing a biased media's "Right" to mislead the people of the United States. The Right to freedom of speech comes the responsible use of it. Same as gun ownership. Abuse your Right and you lose it. That currently applies only to the latter.

Damn straight, Gunny. The First Amendment guarantees freedom of the press not freedom of party affiliated propaganda operations.

If she read to the SECOND sentence she wouldn't reply as she did. A liberal trolling based on the title, nothing more and nothing less.

So why are there so many right-wing propaganda operations like Fox and Sinclair? Not to mention all the conspiracy theory sites like gateway pundit and lifesitenews.

Out of curiosity, care to explain why you jumped in head first into this thread without bothering to read the linked article, where it's more than obvious you did not? If you're going to participate and offer your opinion on a posted article, isn't it reasonable that the folks who posted the article or the folks you are replying to - expect you to have first read the article, or at least enough of it to offer a valid opinion? Instead of instantly telling someone what they want to do.

Many stations are owned outright by the company, while others are owned by legally distinct companies but operated by Sinclair through a local marketing agreement (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Local_marketing_agreement), a concept Sinclair pioneered in Pittsburgh (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pittsburgh) in 1991 when the Federal Communications Commission (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Communications_Commission) (FCC) forbade duopolies (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duopoly_(broadcasting)). (The stations involved in the initial deal, WPGH-TV (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WPGH-TV) and WPTT — now WPNT (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WPNT) — are now both owned by Sinclair outright.) She just regurgitates whatever garbage she hears in her demtard echo chamber. None of them think for themselves, they just get their daily talking points brain washing and go out and puke it up.
