There's the possibility that something happens and the meeting never happens. It's possible the meeting yields negative results. Perhaps it sounds good, but nothing happens.
But if it's a positive meeting. They stop all testing. They allow inspections as they denuclearize entirely. They end the war officially with South Korea. They hold their end of the bargain long enough and prove enough, to get concessions and some sanctions lifted, but guardedly. -- If we can even just get to that point, it would be almost miraculous to think about. Ask yourself that question even just one year ago. State "Trump will get into office, speak with bad haircut little fat guy in special meeting, get them to denuke and end their war, and allow for inspections" - Most, including myself, would have laughed and thought it more likely to truly find the easter bunny.
