Tucker: ‘Getting Harder to Deny’ Mueller Probe a ‘Partisan Witch-Hunt Designed to Topple a President’

Monday on Fox News Channel’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” host Tucker Carlson explained why it was becoming apparent special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe wasn’t just about investigating alleged Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election, but about a push to “topple” Donald Trump from the presidency.

“Even as ominous signs accumulated, we struggled against calling the Mueller investigation a partisan witch-hunt designed to topple a president,” he said. “We didn’t want to think that it was. Unfortunately, it’s getting harder to deny that now.”

Carlson cited comments from Federal Judge T.S. Ellis to bolster that claim but noted that the Mueller probe could not lead to the removal of Trump. He explained only Congress had that power, which would be done in a transparent process.

Comments like this are why I find it hard to listen to the vast majority of talking heads on tv, including many at Fox News. What was absolutely, slap you up side the head, blatantly apparent to the vast majority of Americans, who are also not afraid to call a spade a spade, always seems like the bubble heads on TV have to dance around an issue and call it everything but what it actually is. Hannity is about the only one that seems fearless, and because of that his show is #1, and he has a huge target on his back. Oh yeah, would the left love to take him down.

But to the point, this witch hunt, we've know for months and months now that the entire thing was started on illegal leaking about a DNC bought and paid for FAKE dossier that a group of rabid anti Trumper leftist used to appoint one of their henchmen to do two things, one, cover for their involvement in REAL crimes and protect Hitlery, and two, TAKE DOWN a duly elected American president... we KNOW this... there's no need to BEAT AROUND BUSH. Mueller should be FIRED, NOW, TODAY... YESTERDAY, and there's a list a country mile long of deep state leftists that should be going to PRISON.
