Actually, it will be taken as more BS from a full of crap politician. Lopez-Obrador (AMLO) was a student of Hugo Chavez. If AMLO sees Mexico as broken the way Trump does, then his way to "fix" it is to make Mexico more like Venezuela/Cuba.
