The fact that they have them, and even those in the "deep state" crap can probably get access - even if denied down the road, they will have already violated their rights, IMO.
And it doesn't matter if this is Trump and his lawyer, or a local guy and his cheap attorney helping with a speeding ticket - opening this can of worms is horrid.

FBI Agents May Have Seized Tapes of Trump’s Conversations With Attorney Michael Cohen During Raid
FBI agents may have seized recorded conversations Michael Cohen had with Trump during their predawn raid earlier this week.
Trump’s personal lawyer had the tendency to record his conversations with his clients, according to a report by WaPo.
Via WaPo:
President Trump’s personal attorney Michael D. Cohen sometimes taped conversations with associates, according to three people familiar with his practice, and allies of the president are worried that the recordings were seized by federal investigators in a raid of Cohen’s office and residences this week.
Cohen, who served for a decade as a lawyer at the Trump Organization and is a close confidant of Trump’s, was known to store the conversations using digital files and then replay them for colleagues, according to people who have interacted with him.
“We heard he had some proclivity to make tapes,” said one Trump adviser, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the ongoing investigation. “Now we are wondering, who did he tape? Did he store those someplace where they were actually seized? . . . Did they find his recordings?”

What we see happening now, aside from ignoring the Constitution, is...IRONICALLY....the tables being turned from the WATERGATE era, where FINALLY....the DNC, and everyone connected to the HEADQUARTERS...(WATERGATE HOTEL), are the ones violating the laws, and the DNC PLUMBERS have no way to stop the SWAMP from being DRAINED....

I think what we've found out about DOJ and FBI corruption, and witnessed since then by Mueller and all his democrat hack BFF's, is mind numbing, and they don't give a DAMN what anybody thinks about it. They don't care what the American public thinks, they don't care what the republican party thinks, it matters not one single iota to them. They believe they are untouchable and above the law, and their single objective is to take Trump out, and they WILL NOT STOP until they're either their power is taken away from them or they're thrown in jail.

Even the President doesn't have Rights. Nice of them the finally just come out in the open and declare war on the President. Right where everyone can see.
I don't even like Trump and I'm rooting for him.

From what I've heard client attorney privilege doesn't exist if you are covering up a crime. Remember this raid was registered by a republican attorney and approved by a republican judge that were BOTH appointed by Trump.

WITH Mueller semi involved - which means they fear investigation themselves if they don't do as he expects likely.
They should seek warrants SPECIFICALLY for things that end around the privilege, from a judge - instead of getting and listening and violating - and then finding out if they were wrong or not.
But good to see you reporting into me again, my little beotch.

Your first statement is a wishful guess unless you have a source? Do you have federal crime law or prosecution experience? I love it when people with no experience tell career professionals how to do their job.

It's called common sense, my bitch.
No different than me stating a cop should have a warrant to enter my home. That doesn't make me smarter or knowing the law more than him, it's called common sense and understanding the law and ones rights.
I full understand that it's beyond the comprehension of a whiny liberal.

Me thinks Mueller, the republican attorney, republican judge, and DOJ all know the law better than you and your common sense. Common sense is not universal and it differs from person to person. It is dangerous is rule by common sense. I wouldn't expect any less from a Trump supporter though. Trump is playing president with his own personal common sense.

As if no judge, attorney or prosecutor has ever taken more liberties than the law allows for.
Common sense tells me that someone who openly states that a website sucks and is a shithole, would likely leave said website. This only talks for your common sense. Or your trolling. Bitch.

Trump is playing president with his own personal common sense.
It's beautiful, is it not?
The country is roaring back to life, shattering economic records left and right, massive American investments by international corporations, China finally starting to play fair, ISIS destroyed, SCOTUS looking better and better with at least 2 more appointments, energy independence, dictators suddenly afraid to continue their evildoing.
Yes, this is refreshing. This is why you elect someone who knows how to lead and get shit done.
Conversely, let's take a look at 0bama's legacy :
emmmm...
hmmmm.
Well, I guess we have trannies still allowed in women's restrooms in some parts of the country. I guess there's that.

I have bashed their actions, and anyone involved in the witch hunt, and this unconstitutional overreach.
Can you do any better than one liners? Is that REALLY all you have to offer? You come to insult 99% of the time with various one liners. I NEVER see you actually write a paragraph, somehow supporting any of your opinions. Are you incapable? Too lazy? You're a waste of time. I PREFER to actually have dialogue, to debate with folks, to discuss things. But I truly don't want to write much more than a sentence to you, as I know it will be a waste of my time and get me a lame one liner in reply.

I've run 2 successful websites. Jim's run 2 successful websites. You? I had to to go in and bail a website you totally tanked in less than a WEEK. The top poster was ME, and it was posting articles. Yay. You are the poster boy for how to go from successful to 0 in a half second. I used to just sit and look and wonder if I was ever going to get anywhere because your clueless, Nazi ass had a control issue from Hell.
Now, let's tell the truth. I've always been brutal with Kath. YOU put me on the spot with her. So if you're wondering what Gunny never forgives? You made her back your lame ass and you perpetrated a lie. Shall I go on?
So ... if you're so fucking brilliant, go start your own board. How'd that work for you? And yes, I will throw it in your face. You cost me a friend. No forgiveness.

You are trying to talk direct sense with someone who is morally and socially bankrupt.
All he does is spout one-line insults, put unspoken words in other's mouths, and shoot
an occasional link that strengthens nothing.

Oh, the Wall is underway. If you still think that's not going to happen, then you're even less intelligent than I think you are - and that's hard to do.
no healthcare,
There's healthcare everywhere you look. I have healthcare, and I pay for it. As it should be.
Get off your ass and get your own instead of waiting for more welfare and you, too, can be a productive member of our country!
trillion dollar deficits,
I find it amusing that you're suddenly concerned with deficits. Trump has increased it by less than half of your buffoonish 0bama at this time in his Presidency, and you had no problem with his spending.
war in syria, yay!
Strikes do not constitute war, moonbat. Educate yourself.
Anything else you'd like to be spanked on? I have a bit of free time this morning and you've needed your ass kicked for a while now but I was too busy to administer it.

....Being a broke-ass Hillary/ Obama supporter you dont understand the meaning of `Bankruptcy` and how it can be used in business...
Bottom line Trump is still a billionaire...Elected president and doesn't take a salary. Trump has made many great moves to help the American people and his ratings are going up while still fighting the Lying..deceitful Leftist media....
.....and You... You...are still yelling at the sky and pointing fingers like a good clueless...low-info hate-filled leftist...maybe its time for you to get educated...or move on.

For the record.
I think the FBI breaking into any lawyers office is 100% unconstitutional.
And NONE of what was taken from there should be admissible in court. NONE.
Trump may have used funds illegally, i don't know, I hope not. But you can't get the evidence by breaking into his lawyers office.
that's a crime.
And while i'm here, I think that the Idea that Trump is 'in cahoots' with Russia is total BS.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Stormy Daniels injected fresh drama into the sensational story of a president, a fixer and a porn star on Tuesday, releasing an artist’s sketch of a man she says threatened her in a Las Vegas parking lot to stay quiet about her sexual tryst with Donald Trump.
The adult film actress unveiled the image on ABC’s “The View,” immediately prompting online speculation about the identity of the even-featured young man in a hoodie. Daniels says she was threatened by the man in 2011 to keep quiet about a 2006 tryst with Trump.
************************************************** *****
Ha! I am sort of pleased with myself --- I was trying this morning NOT to read all the many, many news things about this, this porn actress and then Sean Hannity got into it, and I was trying not to read that --- he seemed very defensive about being a client of this lawyer, and I'm wondering why.
It came to me: This Cohen guy is no lawyer, he's a fixer!!
And if you look at the first line in the news piece above, you see that AP News got there too.
The thug in the drawings being shown around is not the lawyer/fixer, he's a guy who looks just like an actor heavy you often see in movies, who plays this sort of role. I'm guessing the sketch artist just couldn't help himself.

Proof for these statements?
Basically it's the 5th amendment
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
As far as the Russia items go, it's a longer story but i don't see any serious evidence for it. seems like the same old political campaign "grey area" semi corrupt bsery that a lot of politicians run.
