I finally saw it, last night.

Wow.

If anyone else hasn't seen it, you really should. And no better time than Easter.

Btw, I saw Jim Caveziel's testimony on TV this week. He is a true believer.

I own it but have never seen it.

One member saw why it was such a treasure of a movie - and BD - you need to really watch it! It's a tremendous movie - VERY moving, and I'm not even the most religious person in the world. But it's truthful, brutal honesty and a depiction some may not appreciate, but still very very moving, and a must see IMO.

I own it but have never seen it.

Our daughter bought it for us several years ago on DVD, and we never watched it. I was afraid it would be too brutal for me. It isn't an easy watch, but I am so glad I did.

I can say that knowing the story as well as I did, and reading the Bible, and hearing sermons about it for years, it has never felt as real to me as after this movie.

Things I never gave much thought to became big. Like Simon carrying the cross.

And Satan in this movie is riveting.

We saw it shortly after it came out. Very moving, and hard to forget.

Reminded me of my young days, when the whole family went to the movies, the day before Easter, to see "THE ROBE".

Since then. I can't tell how many times we've seen it. But the lasting words that echoed into me, and my family during the ROBE were..."Father, forgive them. For they know not what they do!"

A belated Happy Easter to all who still HAVE FAITH!
