Grand Jury summoned for Hillary Clinton (INDICTMENT!?)

The House Judiciary Committee’s probe into the investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton dropped a bombshell on Thursday.


The investigation is heating up behind the scenes — and it was just revealed that an indictment could be looming.

A report Thursday claimed that the Department of Justice has empaneled a grand jury to review the evidence and rule on the potential indictment of Hillary regarding the FBI’s 2016 investigation into her email scandal.

I honestly can't answer that Gunny. But, the Prosecutor, whoever it may be, allows Lawyers to present their cases from across the Legal Spectrum. So, the Grand Jury Members are first Summoned to appear, and like other court cases; are chosen by the Prosecuting attorneys, if my memory serves me correctly.
Ever heard the expression? A GRAND JURY CAN INDICT A HAM SANDWICH?
That's how effective they can be.
