How California can even considered a state in the union anymore is beyond me.

If there was a ever reason to bypass the Posse Comitatus law, California would be it.

I am glad and proud to say I retired and left that Pink Pussy State.

There are lots of conservatives there, but they are over-voiced by the permissive, Pink Pussy liberals
that control Sacramento

If there was a ever reason to bypass the Posse Comitatus law, California would be it.posse comitatus does not state what most think. It's not a suicide pact. The Federal Government CAN prefer charges against Brown for any violation of Federal law you wish to choose from, or all of them. As the Governor of CA, he is responsible for all legislation within the state. He accepts responsibility for sanctuary cities. Illegal immigrants. Allowing illegal immigrant to vote. Drive. And just suck off the social infrastructure in general. That 6th largest economy they boast of? You don't hear of the debt they have to match it. You don't hear they have the highest poverty level out of 50 states.

IF any government organization were to attempt to defend Brown by force, CA could be declared a state in rebellion. Lincoln set the precedent on handling that, like it or not.

I'm for just cutting them off. Screw their leftwingnut judges. Far as I'm concerned, it's not even an issue for the Supreme Court. The federal government outranks everyone else. Way it is. Like it or not. Adhere to the law or got to jail after being removed from public office in disgrace.

posse comitatus

There it is....

Read it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Posse_Comitatus_Act

That is why the USCG EXCLUSIVE of the Army, Navy, and Marines can wade in and enforce federal law.

Air Force...Only SAR related.

Otherwise, takes a pentagon decision to release forces in the USA.

And by God when the are released, they are amazing

"El loophole" ,,,

"The Enforcement Acts (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enforcement_Acts), among other powers, allow the President to call up military forces when state authorities are either unable or unwilling to suppress violence that is in opposition to the constitutional rights of the people."

Looks good to me. And who cares what the people of CA want? They are in opposition to the Constitutional Rights of the rest of us people.

I simplified itYeah, but I got to use the cool Ronald Reagan video :).

Another "loophole": The Granddaughters' Rules Act. That rule specifically states that if you don't SPECIFICALLY say no and specify in GREAT detail EXACTLY what you are saying "no" to, then it means "YES". Therefore, I consider the Navy/Marine Corps eligible to be deployed in support of quashing the aforementioned State in rebellion.

Gotta love granddaughters. They SO simplify politics
