Samantha from 'Democracy Forums'.
Don't know her...
Was just curious if anyone is finding us through search engines or not. Seems most new members come via referral. All cool though, doesn't necessarily matter to me where everyone comes from!

What's up, Chess? Yeah, Chess is another regular at the other site we post on. Seems Samantha (Viola) bad-mouthing your site is actually producing more traffic as well as members.
You guys will take a while to get CWN's style and humor. He's a great guy and funny as hell, though.
Did you all have a poster here named, 'ECW.' He said he posted here but he's the type that uses different user names because he's always getting banned from forums.
And Chess, bro, I'm still laughing at your avatar. WTF!

Can we agree on our terminology?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neoliberalism
Neoliberalism is associated with Friedrich Hayek and the Austrian School of economics, economics departments such as that at the University of Chicago (and such professors as Milton Friedman and Arnold Harberger), and international organizations such as the International Monetary Fund and The World Bank. None of these parties uses the typically-critical label "neoliberal"; but some have identified with monetarism. Neoliberalism was founded in the movement away from the Keynesian economics that were dominant immediately after World War II in such countries as the U.S. and England, although it has spread to countries without Keynesian policies, as disparate as Sweden, South Africa, Argentina, and Russia. The philosophy promotes a "liberalization" of capital markets (thus called "neoliberal reform").

I believe that's what truth was getting at.

I went to Cynthia Ann Parker Elementary School back in the '70s. Moved to Houston from Kingsville when I was but a wee tyke. Still have family in the Houston area, which is good because it provides me the opportunity to attend a Texans game or two each year. Though this year I may settle for driving to San Diego to see them.

I went to Humble Elementary and Humble Middle. I also have family in the area, but I haven't seen a Texans game at Reliant Stadium yet. Hopefully I get to see them in Cleveland this year.

No shit. My mom lived in, what was it? Atascosita? Some developement out on Lake Houston, now she's out on Lake Conroe. My sister went to high school in Humble. I've been to the skating rink in Humble, first place I ever heard The Devil went down to Georgia. LOL. Small damn world.
Come to think of it, my sister probably went to middle school in Humble as well.

We lived in Humble, right behind Deerbrook Mall. We played many a sporting event in Atascosita, though. Too funny!
