The wording sounds funny, but IMO, there's little doubt that there are at least a handful of folks within the FBI that have and/or are still employed and have worked in favor of Obama, and Hillary, and then just as bad against Trump. We have seen a LOT over the past few years come out, and quite frankly, just not good for America no matter which side it came from. Our intel agencies appear to have done a lot of underhanded shit.

GOP Senator: Yes, We Might Have A Secret Society At DOJ/FBI That's Working Against Trump

So, it would appear that we have another resistance group within the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Nothing is concrete, but we need answers. First, we had former top counterintelligence official Peter Strzok sending at least 10,000 texts to Lisa Page, a FBI lawyer with whom he was having an extramarital affair. The date of those interactions, all riddled with swipes at Trump and praise for Hillary Clinton were sent between August of 2015 and December of 2016.

Now, that figure has been jacked up to at least 50,000 texts sent between the two and oh yeah—there’s a five-month gap from December 14, 2017 to May 17, 2017, the latter being the date the Robert Mueller was appointed special counsel. The FBI has become a focus since these texts between Page and Strzok became public last December. One text from Strzok sent on August 15, 2016, to Page referenced an “insurance policy” after a meeting with Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. That fueled speculations that the FBI was meddling in the 2016 election, and that the policy was the Trump dossier that some say was used by the Obama administration to spy on the Trump campaign.

White House Shrugs Over FBI's 'Secret Societies'

"Secret societies" was the phrase that dominated headlines in the news, in social media, and in D.C., after it surfaced in text messages between two FBI officials — who opposed the presidential candidacy of Donald Trump.
But the president himself seemed unconcerned and did not address the topic at all, press secretary Sarah Sanders told Newsmax on Tuesday.

At a packed briefing at the White House, there were several exchanges with Sanders about the text messages critical of then-Candidate Trump in 2016 by Peter Strzok, FBI deputy assistant director of counterintelligence, and his alleged mistress, FBI lawyer Lisa Page.

Among their emails were several mentions of “secret societies” opposed to Trump within the Bureau.

“We have not discussed any secret societies,” Sanders said, “and I couldn’t speak to their existence, either.” At the same briefing, Sanders voiced the president’s “complete confidence” in FBI Director Christopher Wray and his “great deal of respect for the rank-and-file members of the FBI. He feels if there any changes need to be made, the director will make them."

The Stench at Obama's DOJ and FBI

For a brief, shining moment, CNN paused in its nonstop coverage of everything it loathes about President Trump for some actual “breaking news.” One of the network’s reporters had noticed that Congress was looking into malfeasance and political corruption at the Obama-era Department of Justice, FBI, and intelligence agencies. This is still news to most mainstream outlets.

There are now three major congressional investigations, peeling away layers of political bias, unequal application of the law, and, perhaps even felonies by senior officials who may have leaked classified documents, obstructed justice, and violated Fourth Amendment guarantees against unreasonable search and seizure.

These probes center on credible allegations that the FBI and DOJ fixed the investigation of Hillary Clinton to clear her and her top associates, and then launched an investigation of Donald Trump for partisan political reasons. If these allegations are true—and they have not yet been proven—this is the biggest American political scandal since Watergate. It would mean that the executive branch agency tasked with enforcing the law, instead subverted the law to protect its favored presidential candidate and damage the opposition party’s. Then, it tried to cover it all up.
