A closer examination of the video...enlarged (I did it), shows many ships, and subs trapped in ice there. Which tells me. The Russian navy either CAN'T move their ships to prevent being encased in ice...which is Dangerous to the hulls as the ice is allowed to expand.
Or, that shipyard is nothing but a graveyard of useless, expensive ships with no crews, and no money to move them, or make them active again.
As for the fire. Obviously, it is fueled by some Oily substance, and NOT A DRILL at the stern of a Nuclear Submarine that is ACTIVE. Why would they want to have a drill if nobody is able to get to fight it????
Call me old, but don't forget. I'm an Old Sailor who knows a few things.
