A federal agent was arrested Tuesday for allegedly taking photos in a women's restroom at a UW-Madison residence hall, according to police

A victim reported to police that the man -- Justin T. Fahy, 27, of Monona -- slipped his phone under the restroom stall and took pictures of her Friday around 2:45 p.m., according to a news release from UW police.

Fahy is a special agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, a representative from ATF confirmed to News 3.

Security footage shows that Fahy was in the restroom for at least 14 minutes, officials said.

Police used search warrants to obtain Fahy's phone. Investigators believe that Fahy is trying to delete evidence, because his phone had been restored to a backup point from earlier this year, according to the release.

Fahy told police that this was a misunderstanding and he went into the wrong bathroom.

Fahy is facing tentative charges of attempting to take photos depicting nudity and disorderly conduct. Fahy has also been formally banned from the UW campus, according to the release.

Madison is a nice city - it's clean, it's scenic, it's populated with highly educated people (even though the vast majority are completely delusional libtards), and it's small enough traffic isn't a big problem but big enough to host concerts, operas, sports and has over 11,000 restaurants. BUT....

It doesn't know how to handle it's growing crime problem stemming from more gang activity which is a direct result of the overly generous welfare system and with it, a exponentially increasing heroin problem. The city can't budget itself fiscally just like every other socialist run government. Were it not for the state government and university being there, it would be broke with high unemployment. There is a major police labor shortage and no one wants the job - low pay, extremely high standards and constant scrutiny and ridicule even when doing everything by the letter of the law.
