Chelsea Clinton tweeted out a People article celebrating the first ever Barbie to wear a hijab in the brand’s 58-year-history:

Nothing says ‘breaking barriers’ like going back several centuries and treating women like property! Amirite, ladies?

Nothing wrong with supporting anything "positive" for women, and she likely thought the muslims getting their own doll was a positive. but c'mon - and that's where the dumb as a brick part comes in.

How can someone supposedly so smart, and talks of future politics for her - not weigh this with the bad. Very bad judgment. It should have taken thinking about it for about 6 seconds or so, perhaps less...
