It would appear that the obama purge of good, conservative brass from the military was utterly complete.

I think president Trump should turn around and start purging the liberal progressive brass from the military in response, starting with those who handed down this decision.

Actually, I believe it was Trump's public statements that caused this travesty.

All of us think the little bastard should be hanged, and of course, Trump feels that way too. Anyone with a sense of justice would think that way.

The defense lawyers have been claiming that Trump was influencing sentiment... and I think the judge agreed with that argument, right or wrong. Trump should have said nothing about this after gaining the WH, but he didn't.

Hopefully he won't comment on trials in the future until they're finished.

While we can't know what factors were in the judge's mind, my guess is the defense argument made regarding twitter and speeches made by the candidate and later President were amongst them.

I hope that President Trump will recognize that in this position that discretion is a part of his responsibility.

I believe that the Judge (Col. Jeffery R. Nance) stated that he expects to retire as a Col. and had no expectations of moving up the ranks.

I also believe that he will get his wish and be "encouraged" to retire.
