That certainly has been the pattern, but for some reason I think this time will be different.

Why? Because for one thing Trump is president, and things appear to be changing. It looks like slowly some people are finding their spines, probably because they know they have a president that stands behind them, and it looks like the Hill and the Washpo are showing signs of throwing the Clintons under the bus, and that's big, because so far the DEMOCRAT PROPAGANDA WING, abc, cbs, nbc, pmsnbc, cnbc, cnn, etc, the leftist propaganda toilet, has spent ZERO TIME on this story.

I think the DNC might see this as a way of dislodging some of these old guard leftist politicians that are proven losers, and it gives them a chance to bring in the new blood.

But will that help the democrat party? I highly doubt it, when what they're trying to make room for is the more radical younger dems that think going outside and screaming at the sky in their pink pussy hats is the type of moronic stunt that is going to garner them more acceptance. They're dumber than a sack of hammers.

You're probably right, because history has shown us that's the way it goes, and the Clinton trash is so good at getting out of things that they'd make Houdini proud.

But one can hope, and I do, and think this scandal has the beginnings of something different, and I know you might not want to hear it, but I think it's because of president Trump. He's being relatively quiet about all this, the dossier, uranium one, the email scandal, etc, and I think he is being quiet because he's been told to be cool and give it time, because people are on it and they're going to take down whoever is responsible, that heads will roll, people will go to jail. But I think he's the driving force behind it this time, and I don't think he's going to be willing to just watch people waltz off Scott free after everything they've been accusing him of doing for the last year and even appointed a S.C. to investigate it, on a WHIM and no REAL evidence, is exactly what his accusers have been doing themselves, and then some.

Trump plays hard ball, and I think he's going to want to see people in jail... that's my take.
