Well... I read in a few articles that SCOTUS outright dismissed it because the timer ran out on the order, and SCOTUS doesn't hear moot cases.

But, now that Gorsuch is in the saddle and the court is favorably balanced, I think Watson is in for dreadful professional embarrassment with a stinging rebuke of his activist ways. I hope that's the case.
